Complaint process
Include the listing or subscription ID, URL, relevant dates, issue and safe contact information. We will acknowledge and resolve complaints within the timelines applicable to us under law and give a reasoned response. Do not send passwords or OTPs. For urgent suspected fraud, also contact the relevant police or cybercrime authority.
शिकायत प्रक्रिया
शिकायत में listing/subscription ID, URL, तारीखें, समस्या और सुरक्षित संपर्क दें। हम अपने ऊपर लागू कानूनी समयसीमा में शिकायत स्वीकार कर समाधान और कारण सहित जवाब देंगे। password या OTP न भेजें। गंभीर धोखाधड़ी में संबंधित पुलिस या cybercrime प्राधिकरण को भी सूचित करें।
Escalation
If the response does not resolve your concern, reply to the grievance contact with the original complaint reference. You may use any statutory consumer, data-protection or real-estate forum available to you; this process does not waive those rights.

समाधान न मिले तो मूल शिकायत संदर्भ के साथ grievance संपर्क को दोबारा लिखें। उपलब्ध consumer, data protection या real-estate वैधानिक मंच के अधिकार बने रहते हैं।
