Service and parties
Krishnas Real Estate provides an online place to publish property listings and connect interested visitors with sellers. A listing, enquiry, call or WhatsApp message does not create a property sale, lease or brokerage agreement with us unless a separate written agreement says so. Sellers and visitors arrange their own negotiations, verification and documentation.
सेवा और पक्ष
Krishnas Real Estate प्रॉपर्टी की लिस्टिंग दिखाने और इच्छुक लोगों को विक्रेता से जोड़ने की ऑनलाइन सेवा है। लिस्टिंग, enquiry, कॉल या WhatsApp संदेश से हमारे साथ बिक्री, किराये या ब्रोकरेज का समझौता नहीं बनता, जब तक अलग लिखित समझौता न हो। बातचीत, जाँच और दस्तावेज़ दोनों पक्ष स्वयं तय करेंगे।
Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate contact details and keep login credentials private. Do not impersonate another person or use the service for unlawful or misleading activity. We may ask for information reasonably needed to review a listing or complaint.
खाते और पात्रता
सही संपर्क जानकारी दें और लॉगिन विवरण सुरक्षित रखें। किसी और की पहचान का उपयोग या भ्रामक/गैरकानूनी गतिविधि न करें। लिस्टिंग या शिकायत की जाँच के लिए आवश्यक जानकारी माँगी जा सकती है।
Listings and moderation
Sellers remain responsible for property facts, authority, photographs, price, availability and required disclosures. We may review, format, correct presentation, request evidence, refuse, suspend or remove a listing. Approval is not a legal verification, title certificate or guarantee. Material facts must not be changed without checking with the seller.
लिस्टिंग और समीक्षा
प्रॉपर्टी के तथ्य, अधिकार, फोटो, कीमत, उपलब्धता और आवश्यक खुलासों की जिम्मेदारी विक्रेता की है। हम लिस्टिंग की समीक्षा, formatting, प्रस्तुति सुधार, प्रमाण माँगने या लिस्टिंग रोकने/हटाने का निर्णय ले सकते हैं। Approval, title या कानूनी सत्यापन की गारंटी नहीं है। महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य विक्रेता से पुष्टि किए बिना नहीं बदले जाएँगे।
Prohibited conduct
Do not upload stolen photographs, false ownership claims, discriminatory or illegal offers, spam, malware or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not collect or misuse another user’s personal information. Report suspected fraud through the grievance channel.
निषिद्ध गतिविधियाँ
चोरी की फोटो, झूठे स्वामित्व दावे, अवैध प्रस्ताव, spam, malware या किसी के अधिकार का उल्लंघन करने वाली सामग्री पोस्ट न करें। अन्य उपयोगकर्ताओं की निजी जानकारी का दुरुपयोग न करें। संदिग्ध धोखाधड़ी की शिकायत संपर्क पेज पर करें।
Third-party contact and transactions
A buyer and seller may contact each other directly. Independently check identity, documents, permissions, price and payment instructions. We do not hold property sale consideration or promise that a transaction will complete unless expressly stated in a separate written service agreement.
तीसरे पक्ष से संपर्क और लेनदेन
खरीदार और विक्रेता सीधे संपर्क कर सकते हैं। पहचान, दस्तावेज़, अनुमति, कीमत और भुगतान निर्देश स्वयं जाँचें। अलग लिखित सेवा समझौते के बिना हम प्रॉपर्टी बिक्री की रकम अपने पास नहीं रखते और सौदा पूरा होने की गारंटी नहीं देते।
Subscriptions and changes
Seller subscriptions are governed by the plan details shown before checkout and our Subscription, Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy. We may update these terms prospectively; material changes will be dated and displayed on the website. Applicable statutory rights remain available.
सदस्यता और बदलाव
Seller subscription पर checkout से पहले दिखने वाले plan विवरण और हमारी Payment/Refund Policy लागू होगी। भविष्य के लिए नियम बदलने पर तारीख और महत्वपूर्ण बदलाव वेबसाइट पर दिखेंगे। लागू कानूनी अधिकार बने रहेंगे।
Liability and law
We take reasonable steps to operate and moderate the platform, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the correctness of every seller statement. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Indian law applies; competent courts and statutory forums retain their jurisdiction.
जिम्मेदारी और कानून
हम प्लेटफ़ॉर्म चलाने और समीक्षा के लिए उचित कदम उठाते हैं, लेकिन निरंतर उपलब्धता या हर seller कथन की शुद्धता की गारंटी नहीं दे सकते। कानून से मिलने वाले अधिकार या उपचार इन शर्तों से समाप्त नहीं होते। भारतीय कानून और सक्षम न्यायालय/वैधानिक मंच लागू होंगे।
Seller treatment and listing visibility
Listing visibility may depend on the seller’s active subscription, listing category, completeness and accuracy of information, approval status, freshness, relevance and website display rules. Paid subscription does not guarantee a particular search position, number of enquiries, buyer response or completion of a transaction unless a specific benefit is expressly stated in the purchased plan. Any materially different treatment offered to sellers will be disclosed where applicable.
Seller treatment और listing visibility
Listing की visibility seller की active subscription, category, जानकारी की completeness/accuracy, approval status, freshness, relevance और website display rules पर निर्भर हो सकती है। Paid subscription से किसी निश्चित search position, enquiry की संख्या, buyer response या deal completion की guarantee नहीं मिलती, जब तक खरीदे गए plan में कोई benefit स्पष्ट रूप से न लिखा हो। Sellers के बीच कोई महत्वपूर्ण अलग treatment लागू होने पर जहाँ आवश्यक हो उसका disclosure किया जाएगा।
Complaints and contact
For service, listing, payment or other complaints, use our Grievance & Contact Policy. Please provide the relevant listing/subscription ID, URL, dates and issue details. Do not send passwords, OTPs, CVV or other confidential authentication information.
शिकायत और संपर्क
Service, listing, payment या अन्य शिकायत के लिए हमारी Grievance & Contact Policy का उपयोग करें। संबंधित listing/subscription ID, URL, तारीख और समस्या का विवरण दें। Password, OTP, CVV या अन्य confidential authentication जानकारी न भेजें।
