Seller declaration
By submitting a listing, you confirm that you own the property or have authority to advertise it; the price, area, location, amenities, approvals, ownership claims, availability and photographs are accurate and current to the best of your knowledge. Disclose material restrictions, disputes and charges where relevant. Supply registration details when required by applicable real-estate law.

लिस्टिंग भेजकर आप पुष्टि करते हैं कि संपत्ति आपकी है या विज्ञापन का अधिकार है; कीमत, क्षेत्रफल, स्थान, सुविधाएँ, अनुमतियाँ, स्वामित्व, उपलब्धता और फोटो आपकी जानकारी के अनुसार सही व वर्तमान हैं। महत्वपूर्ण पाबंदी, विवाद और शुल्क बताएं। जहाँ कानून आवश्यक करे, registration विवरण दें।
Documents and rights
You are responsible for obtaining permission to use every photograph, map, logo and description and for keeping supporting property documents. Provide evidence on reasonable request. Do not publish another person’s identity document or private contact details without authority.
दस्तावेज़ और अधिकार
हर फोटो, नक्शे, लोगो और विवरण के उपयोग की अनुमति तथा सहायक दस्तावेज़ रखने की जिम्मेदारी आपकी है। उचित अनुरोध पर प्रमाण दें। अधिकार के बिना किसी अन्य व्यक्ति का पहचान दस्तावेज़ या निजी संपर्क प्रकाशित न करें।
Professional editing consent
You permit Krishnas Real Estate to crop/reorder images and improve spelling, title, description, formatting and presentation of your submitted listing for clarity. We must not invent or materially change ownership, area, location, approvals, amenities, price or other important facts without your confirmation. You can request a correction or removal through your account or grievance contact.
प्रोफेशनल एडिटिंग की सहमति
आप Krishnas Real Estate को अपनी भेजी लिस्टिंग की फोटो crop/reorder करने तथा spelling, title, description और formatting बेहतर बनाने की अनुमति देते हैं। स्वामित्व, क्षेत्रफल, स्थान, अनुमति, सुविधाएँ, कीमत या अन्य महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य आपकी पुष्टि के बिना गढ़े या बदले नहीं जाएँगे। आप सुधार या हटाने का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं।
Review and account action
We may ask for proof, pause publication, reject or remove misleading, prohibited or potentially unlawful listings, and suspend an account after considering available information. Where practical, we will explain the reason and offer a complaint route. Subscription fees and refunds are handled under the published policy and applicable law.
समीक्षा और खाता कार्रवाई
हम प्रमाण माँग सकते हैं तथा भ्रामक, निषिद्ध या संभावित गैरकानूनी लिस्टिंग रोक/हटा सकते हैं। उपलब्ध जानकारी देखकर खाता स्थगित किया जा सकता है। जहाँ व्यावहारिक हो, कारण और शिकायत का रास्ता बताएँगे। शुल्क व refund प्रकाशित नीति और लागू कानून से तय होंगे।
